
Garden Hummus
1 can chick peas, drained
1 heaping tablespoon tahini
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Large pinch salt
1 clove garlic
2 fresh chives
2 large basil leaves
About 1/4 cup water
Juice of 1 lemon
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Shortly going to try cooking and eating the kohlrabi leaves...
